HQC OÜ provides construction and renovation services in Tallinn and Harju County. We bring the right specialists together and manage the work on site, from initial preparation through to finishing and handover.

You don't need to coordinate separate teams yourself. We agree on the scope of work, materials and sequence of work, oversee progress and check the completed work. For project-related questions, you can speak directly with company manager Dmitri Vassiljev.

General Contracting

We manage construction and renovation projects, coordinate the work of different specialists and oversee progress on site.

Complete Apartment Renovation

We carry out apartment renovations from demolition and preparation to final finishing. The work is planned around the condition of your apartment and your requirements.

House Renovation

Renovation of houses and holiday homes, including exterior and interior improvements. We assess the property and discuss the work needed before preparing a quotation.

Commercial Fit-Outs and Renovation

Construction, renovation and finishing for offices, shops and exhibition spaces. We take into account how the premises will be used and the agreed schedule.
